How To Ceramic Coat Wheels

Sep 28, 2021

1. Remove Wheels From Vehicle

2. Clean & Dry The Wheels
We recommend first rinsing the wheels with water. Next, apply Pearl Nano Water Spot Killer to remove heavy grime in seconds. Neutralize Water Spot Killer using the traditional two-bucket method with our pH balanced Pearl Nano Power Soap and a Microfiber Wash Mitt. Rinse the wheels with water again then towel them dry to avoid harmful water spots.

3. Apply Surface Prep Spray
Use a Surface Prep Spray to remove any lingering polishes, soaps, or compounds. Leaving these chemicals behind can cause the ceramic coating to not properly adhere to the wheel.

4. Apply The Ceramic Coating
We recommend using Nano HD for ceramic coating your wheels. Nano HD is formulated for heavy-duty adhesion, making it the perfect ceramic coating for Wheel, Marine, and Industrial Applications. This 9h Hardness ceramic coating can withstand surface temperatures up to 1200°F and will last 3-5 years. Nano HD not only protects wheels, it offers easy maintenance washing and prevents against dangerous environmental fallout.
