Finding a target audience to market to during winter can be a game changer when it comes to customer retention. Customers that benefit both professionally and personally from a clean vehicle are who you should be looking to market to. Examples include real estate agents, Uber/Lyft drivers, truck drivers, and car rental companies.
2. Become An Interior Assassin
While the outside of a vehicle may be a lost cause in winter weather, the interior is not! Advertise stain removal, interior protection and more this winter to keep yourself busy and your client more than satisfied.
3. Take Care Of Your Equipment And You
Freezing temperatures can be harmful to you and your equipment. Make sure you're taking the necessary precautions to protect yourself and your investments. This includes heaters in your workspace, proper clothing and winter settings or proper protection for your tools.
