Ceramic Coating Application

1. Wash the Application Surface 

We recommend using Pearl Nano Power Soap or a stripping soap to remove sealants, waxes, and glazes from paintwork. Residue-free surfaces are needed for the ceramic coating to properly bond to your paintwork. If the application surface is not properly washed, residue will act as a barrier between your ceramic coating and paintwork. 2. Clay Bar

Once all sealants, waxes, and glazes are removed from the application surface, you will need to clay your paint. Claying will remove additional contamination that washing may have been unable to remove. Examples of such contamination include environmental fallout. 3. Paint Correction 

After claying is complete, you will need to polish and paint correct your vehicle. Paint correction will remove imperfections that would otherwise be locked in once the ceramic coating is applied. Examples of paint defects that need paint correction include swirls, holograms and marring. Pearl Nano Correction and Ceramic Compound as well as a Foam Polishing Pad can be used for quick paint correction. 

4. Final Touch 

After a proper wash, claying and paint correction is complete, we recommend one final wipe down to remove any excess sealants, waxes, glazes, and any product left behind from your paint correction stage. You can use Pearl Nano Speedcoat, or our Graphene-infused Waterless Wash for this process.
